You have the whole 3 bedroom 2 storey house to yourself to enjoy & relax in.
Seriously - we have just about everything you will need to enjoy your stay.
Your own private entrance with car parking just off the garden path.
The house has a casual feel so you can relax and enough household items to make
your stay enjoyable and scenic views to be memorable, friendly farm animals and hosts!

Think open plan loft /studio style large area (1 large open room) that consists of:
A well stocked Kitchen with everything you'll need to help cook up a storm!

Small sitting are with 2 lounges - 1 pulls out to a Queen pull out sofa bed,

Downstairs:
Comfy lounges to relax in - 1 is electric with 2 recliners - don't fall asleep in it!
2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds and a cot/crib.
Laundry area with a washing machine, laundry products,
clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.
The bathroom is a shower/small bath combination, hair dryer, towels
and toiletry items are supplied.

We are a strictly NON SMOKING or VAPING premises (in or around the property - if you must let us know).
Our pantry is pretty well stocked with a selection of Teas, automated Coffee Machine (so you too can make Barista Coffee!)
Self catering and there are also great (all child friendly) Restaurants, Cafe' s and Pubs in town.
We will send out an email when booking with what to see and do etc along with their links so you can decide where to book
so you can get the most out of your time whist here in Kaikoura.
For those wanting to cook we have also added some pantry items in case you need something or decide you just cant
be bothered going out and want to just chill and relax and eat in to enjoy your stay. (board games/tv or just chatting).
If you use the pasta or sauces in the fridge or any items in the freezer all we ask is for some $ to cover the purchase of more so the next guests can enjoy and have the convenience of dining in too - after all it helped you out so will help them out too!
Eg: pasta/sauces/frozen vegetables/fish pieces/fish fingers/chips/wedges/nuggets/burger patties/calzone/pizza.
There is plenty of kitchen items (just like home) to help whip up your meals. herbs & spices, sauces/condiments, plus milk, bread, eggs, ice cubes, soda stream for tonic/fizzy water, syrups, pots & pans, oven trays, dinnerware, cutlery, microwave, fridge/freezer, toastie maker,
rice cooker, electric fry pan, toaster, kettle, stick mixer, hand mixer, small deep fryer, Air Fryer, plus
4 burner electric oven with plenty of oven pans.
Basic breakfast items are (Bacon, Eggs, Bread, Mushrooms, Tomatoes) are supplied for you to cook & serve when you're ready to eat.
Once done - all we ask that you do is rinse your items and put in the dishwasher - thats it!
Also, if you can cope with it P L E A S E, please DO NOT MAKE THE BEDS- you're on holidays!
We have a linen company to wash them and the beds are changed between guests so please don't waste your time!
